Made You Look, a new and upcoming music duo, were on the lookout for an edgy and engaging webpage that would tell their story and showcase their new upcoming music releases.
Within this project, I worked closely with the clients in a group made up of three other designers, where my role was to design the layout and code the artist’s webpage. (excluding the 3D-modelled room on the home page).
Our response was an interactive homepage inspired by 2024's growing web design trend of 3D and virtual reality spaces, as seen on webpages for well-known artists like Drake and the Rolling Stones.
By designing a scavenger hunt of interactive items throughout the virtual room, users were found to be more likely to explore the whole webpage resulting in higher engagement.
